Our web site allows you to apply at Brookside Gardens without any delay. Just click on the application image bellow and download the application.
After downloading the application:

Fill out application completely

Separate applications are required for unmarried applicants

Copy of the drivers license

Copy of your social security number (SS#)

Proof of income (copy of the latest pay stub is acceptable)

Sign the application

There is $50 non-refundable application fee. This fee must be in the form of money order payable to Brookside at Somerville, LLC.

Mail Your application and payment to: Brookside Gardens Apartments, 129 Mercer Street, Somerville, NJ 08876.

You can also fax your application to 908.707.9364 and send the money order to the address above. This way we can review your application and see if any information is missing.
